Refund and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your new clothing! If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  1. Items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, perfumes, or damage.
    • Returned with original tags and packaging.
    • Tag must not be removed.
  2. Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  3. Undergarments and swimwear are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Email us at Katrina@petitejewelbox.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  • We will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping your items back to us.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
